What another successful day here at Rowandale school. "Growing our people!"
Today Aroha 6 learnt more about " Epilepsy awareness and what we can do in support of helping someone that has this medical condition such as to give them space, don't panic and to advise a teacher straight away... In fact we showed our support by coming to school dressed in purple along with a golden coin koha.
To top if off it was also " Meet the Teacher day!" Wahoo!!! There was so many fun activities to choose from, including ball games, exploring the big bouncy castle, signing up with SKIDS for their next holiday programme and enjoying a delicious sausage sizzle with refreshment. Thank you Aroha 6 whanau for your valuable time. It was great to meet and greet some of you all, along with observing our enthusiastic champions share their learning experiences with their loved ones. It has been a pleasure being part of your child's learning journey and making a difference. Thank you to our Rowandale whanau for making this day such a memorable one for our local community.
